GENERATIONS Primary is based on the SISU Students Programme where the foundation comes from pedagogical practices and methods of the Finnish education system and Finnish National Core Curriculum.

For English, Mathematics, General Studies (Science) and Global Perspectives we follow the Cambridge International education standards and curriculum.

We fully comply with the academic requirements and regulations of the Education and Youth Bureau of Macau (DSEDJ) for all subjects.

In our Primary Programme the students practice the skills to become active learners who not only master the academic content but can apply it in various situations in different ways. Instead of being a passive learner and focusing on memorizing, the focus is on applying the knowledge in different contexts. These are fundamental inquiry-based skills which prepare students to successfully transition to the IB Middle Years Programme in GENERATIONS Secondary School.
