GENERATIONS Well-being Programme is a foundational pillar of the school’s holistic educational philosophy, integrating well-being as an independent subject within the curriculum. This comprehensive approach addresses the physical, mental, and emotional health of every student, recognsing wellbeing as essential to academic success and personal development. Beyond dedicated lessons, the programme includes expert counselling services, individualised and group academic support across all subjects, and a wide range of social clubs and sports activities to foster community engagement and healthy lifestyles. Under the visionary Founders’ Programme, students benefit from tailored development opportunities that nurture their unique strengths, talents, and interests. GENERATIONS prioritises creating a nurturing, supportive environment where every student feels valued, empowered, and equipped to thrive both inside and outside the classroom, cultivating resilience, self-awareness, and lifelong well-being.

Student physical and mental well-being plays a fundamental role in GENERATIONS’ everyday life. To promote students’ physical and mental well-being and prepare them for healthy future, all GENERATIONS students have a compulsory Well-being-lesson, incorporated in their curriculum and addressing important life skills. Notwithstanding this specific class, well-being and healthy living, be it physical or emotional, are concepts and values which are embedded within the entire School life of every student, in all subjects and activities.

For this purpose, the School leverages the professional expertise of our international faculty, namely our Finnish academics, and all of those who have specific interest and training in Wellness concepts, from nutrition to relaxation and emotional management and regulation techniques.

The school day is structured in such as way to incorporate certain protocols and procedures which nurture calm, self awareness and the certainty that support is always available when needed.

Adequate breaks between lessons, outdoor classes and activities, close monitoring of each student’s emotional state by both the school management and its faculty are some of the strategies adopted within the Well-being Programme.
